So far it's been pretty good with one exception. Never more important than it is now to start the 2nd half. if they get a big return and get good field position, we'll be back up against it right away.
The Tigers seem somewhat subdued on the side line and ATU seems pretty energetic - whatever that might mean.
good kickoff coverage - short return to 25 yard line. Now....what will the D do.
QB scrambles for 10 - measurement for the first down - They got it. We had their rceivers covered and he was wide open for the scramble.
off sides UWA - 1st and 5
missed tackle - again - 2nd and one
ho hum - another wide open receiver for another first down - at our 28 yd line.
WE NEED A STOP!!
good pass rush that time - forced him to throw early and it was incomplete.
3rd and 5 - somebody step up and make a play, please.
4th and one and they are going for it - they sure don't think we can stop them
time out ATU - maybe they were trying to draw us off side. We'll see after the TO.
they were right - we couldn't stop them - first down at our 16 - by inches
nice stop for a 2 yard gain. This is almost our worst case scenario - our D is out there for a long, long drive and getting more and more tired.
Little bit of a psss rush forces an incomplete pass.
3rd and 8 - holding penalty on ATU - forced by a good pass rush.
HUGE 3rd down now.
imcomplete pass in the end zone. Good coverage.
4th and 10 - a 42 yard field goal.
they decide to punt after a delay of game penalty. Good punt. Pins us down on our own 5 yard line.
