Even though both schools played relatively weaker teams in their openers, which might skew statistics a bit, it looks like the two teams are pretty evenly matched in a lot of categories.

ATU is first in the conference in first downs and UWA is 3rd.
ATU leads the conference in total offense while UWA is 2nd.
ATU is 2nd in the conference in total scoring while UWA is 3rd.
UWA is 2nd in the conference in scoring defense while ATU is 4th.
UWA is 1st in the conference in passing offense while ATU is a close 2nd.
ATU is 5th in the conference in pass defense while UWA is 7th.
ATU is 2nd in the conference in rushing offense while UWA is 4th.
UWA is 2nd in the conference in rushing defense while ATU is 4th.

If the game were to be played on paper, it would be very close. My feeling is the game on the field tonight will be a nail biter as well. I think the team that plays the best defense and/or has the fewest turnovers will prevail. Hope it's the Tigers.
